Dedicated to your comfort and relaxation, our team at Lotus Spa & Nails - Face + Body Zone understands the importance of taking time out and treating yourself.  We are passionate about providing you with a relaxing getaway from life stresses, and are pleased to offer you a peaceful and rejuvenating oasis in the heart of Broad Ripple. In order to keep Lotus running smoothly, we kindly ask that you adhere to our policies below.

    Reservations 
    • It is recommended you schedule your next spa experience early in advance as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card may be requested to guarantee these reservations. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
    Spa Arrivals 
    • We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit.  Depending on availability and at our discretion, service time may not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if you have any medical needs or conditions prior to your services. We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Lotus is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
    Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling 
    • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation or appointment, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations. Group of two and more guests will require a deposit.
    Spa Requirements/ Ages for Services 
    • Some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered.  So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you in the spa treatment rooms or areas.
      Phone Etiquette 
      • In consideration of other spa guests and their service experience, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phone upon arrival and refrain from taking phone calls while in the spa. Please keep noise to a minimum in post treatment and in spa areas. Texting during pedicure services is allowed. 
        Spa Payments and Gift Certificates 
        • Payments are accepted in the form of cash, major credit cards, payments apps, and Lotus Spa gift certificate. We charge an additional fee for each credit card transaction payment. Lotus Spa gift certificate contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This certificate cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The certificate must be presented at time of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash. Lotus Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the certificate.
        Gratuities
        • Tips are not included in the value of the services and are given at the discretion of the guest, but is recommended. 
        Spa Products and Returns 
        • In keeping with Lotus Spa vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 14 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit. Deduction maybe apply depend on the condition of the products.
